How inquiries are handled
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent via a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry so our team can reply by email. Data is used only to evaluate and respond to your request, not for unrelated marketing lists. If you prefer not to use the form, email us directly.
Retention

We apply access controls appropriate to a small consulting practice. Personal data is processed in Singapore and is not sold. If we ever need to transfer data outside Singapore, we will ensure protection comparable to PDPA requirements and update this notice.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
To exercise these rights, contact the DPO using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Data breach notification
If we assess a notifiable data breach, we will notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after that assessment, and notify affected individuals where significant harm is likely, consistent with requirements in force since 1 February 2021.
Do Not Call Registry
If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry unless you separately agree to other calls or messages. We will check the Do Not Call Registry where required before sending specified marketing messages.
