Scope
This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements agreed in writing with Data Lattice Consulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201912733K). It does not apply to free informational use of this website.
Proposed terms — pending business confirmation.
Eligibility for refunds
If you cancel before we begin billable work under an accepted statement of work, fees paid for unused milestones may be refunded in full within seven calendar days of your written cancellation, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf with prior approval.
Once documented discovery or implementation work has started for a milestone, that milestone fee becomes non-refundable because labour and environment access are committed.
Deposits
Deposits that secure calendar time or environment access are non-refundable if you cancel within five business days of the scheduled start, or after credentials have been issued to our consultants.
Partial delivery
If we cannot complete a milestone for reasons within our control, we will offer to complete the work, credit the fee toward a revised milestone, or refund the portion of the milestone not yet delivered, whichever is fair in the circumstances.
How to request a refund
Email info@data-lattice.digital or call 6000 1909 with your company name, statement-of-work reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer in Singapore dollars, within fourteen business days of approval.
Rescheduling
Discovery calls may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Late rescheduling may forfeit a booking deposit if one was required in your agreement.
Fair trading
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 regarding unfair practices. Singapore law does not provide a general cooling-off period for bespoke services; refunds follow the contractual terms above.
